Aegis Power Systems Customer Support AEGIS Power Systems serves customers in a wide field of custom power supply markets and applications. We at AEGIS offer a multi-layered approach to customer service needs from easy and fast ordering for small or large quantities and having long-term contract commitment.
 Standard Power Supplies are described on the web site with their price lists available in down loadable PDF format. This requires logging in by clicking on the "Login / Logout" icon under the "Home" navigation selection. The standard power supplies are available much sooner than custom built supplies as they have already been designed, field proven, and parts stocked in our inventory "Stock to Build". Standard power supply products can be modified or customized to fit customer's specific needs or requirements and generally have a quicker delivery time to the customer than a new design.
Technical Support is provided by a qualified project engineer assigned to the product that can answer all questions concerning that particular product during development and after manufacture. All AEGIS products carry a two year warranty from date of shipment, and our highly trained support team can respond to all nature of difficulties that may evolve after product purchase.
Additional Applications Support is available through our association with The Vicor Corporation and their technical support team staffed with applications engineers that can provide product, application, and technical assistance to customer's needs concerning Vicor components; which are an integral part of AEGIS power supply product lines. Product Testing is performed on our products for operational ability and to our Acceptance Test Procedure to test performance against the designed specifications for 100% of all products manufactured. During production, all power supply units are inspected by qualified quality inspectors at key points and depending on complexity of design, they may be electrically tested at appropriate production stages. The periodic inspections, electrical testing, final quality inspection, and extended operational testing at elevated temperature after production, all ensure a quality power supply product to our customer.
EMC/EMI Compliance is to either the FCC standard or to portions of the MIL-STD-461 emissions standards using our own test equipment and shielded room test cell for selected conductive, radiated, and susceptablility requirements.
Environmental Compliance is to customer specifications or to our specifications selectected from Mil-Std-810 Environmental Standards as required using a local qualified and certified contracted testing laboratory. Products are Temperature and Humidity tested to specifications and guidelines using our own testing equipment.
Warranty, Terms, and Conditions include the AEGIS standard warranty of two years from the day of shipment from AEGIS with payment terms of Net 30 days FOB Murphy, North Carolina.
