ISO 9001:2008 Standards
Aegis Power Systems is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company. As an innovative and leading provider of high quality power supply products, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing quality power supply products.

The ISO 9001:2008 standards provide a structural base for our Total Quality Management system, giving the necessary backbone for success. Quality management is an equal partner in every aspect of our sales, development, production, and support activities..

Regular self-examination and internal audits allow us to continually improve our overall methodology. We strive to understand our processes while preventing deviations and variations that may impact quality. AEGIS employees design, manage, and measure for constant improvement in quality.

Training
AEGIS production staff are trained to the standards of the IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) and to the IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Workmanship to Electronic Assemblies).

Continuous in-house training is also performed under control of the Quality Manager who maintains IPC instructor certifications.

Support & Testing
The AEGIS technical support staff test every unit before it leaves our facilities for installment in customer applications. In most cases, testing is performed automatically using our Computer Controlled Automated Test Station (Auto-Tester) for consistency, accuracy, and timely test control conditions.
