Electronics Laboratory Technician
Summary

Engineering Sales Representative
Summary
Aegis Power Systems, Inc., a power electronics engineering and manufacturing firm, seeks an Engineering Sales Representative to join our growing sales team! This position supports technical sales of custom and standard products and reports directly to the department manager. The candidate will be expected to build technical customer relationships, achieve individual and company revenue objectives, and influence the Aegis product roadmap.
The candidate should be familiar with electronics hardware manufacturing and can effectively communicate the technical aspects of AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters and inverters, along with other power electronics-related products. Experience related to defense systems, mission computing, shipboard/marine electronics, and/or aircraft systems is of high value, as a large portion of our customers are in the defense industry.
The Engineering Sales Representative should excel at verbal and written communication in English. This role is heavily customer-facing, and the candidate must feel comfortable regularly engaging customer personnel in engineering, program management, procurement, and military leadership positions.
Cross-team collaboration skills are imperative as the candidate will work with internal engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and support departments. This will include working closely with our engineers to develop custom products as needed to meet unique requirements and provide input regarding Aegis product roadmaps. Summary
This US-based remote position is responsible for generating customer leads, qualifying them, and in some cases, winning business. This role supports the company's national sales and marketing efforts, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Strategist. The BDAS is expected to build customer relationships and work with the Sales Team to achieve company revenue objectives and strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- With direction from the Sales Chief, you are responsible for supporting the new opportunity zone investigations at the beginning of the sales funnel by identifying the following:
- new customers (logos) and new projects
- new divisions at existing customers
- new projects at existing customers
- Find opportunities and manage Aegis’ response to SBIR, OTA, and other R&D funding solicitations available from the U.S. government.

The Assembler is responsible for building electronic power conversion products. This includes mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and inspection of completed work. Summary:
The Senior Technician supports manufacturing and engineering by independently performing testing, troubleshooting, and repairing Aegis Power Systems’ products.
