Product Description
This rugged commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) power supply has AC-DC filtered 3 phase “Y” 120/208Vac input and three +28Vdc outputs available with a total output capacity of 4500W. This high power solution is designed to meet applicable portions of MIL-STD-810F vibration and shock and MIL-STD-461F EMI requirements. In comparison to other power supplies using conventional technology, this rectifier provides its users with high efficiency (80% typical), high power factor (0.99), less weight and high power output. This power supply incorporates a configured array of Aegis Power System’s PFC assemblies for power factor correction, leading the defense industry in power density and technical performance. This unit has been fielded in radar equipment, but may have other applications as well.
