With more than twenty years in product development and business leadership, Ron Gaw brings proven success to support operational efficiency, innovation, and high functioning teams at Aegis Power Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Aegis, Gaw led several transformative efforts at Ford Motor Company including competitive benchmarking, material cost reductions, powertrain conception and launch, and multi-functional team improvements. He also held previous roles at Boeing Commercial Aircraft and served in the United States Army. Professional achievements include an MBA from University of Michigan, MS in Engineering from Purdue University, and BS in Engineering from University of Michigan.
Gaw joins the company at a time of growth and opportunity to support continued excellence of rugged power electronics performance for defense applications.
