Technical Support
A dedicated project engineer is assigned to oversee each Aegis product. He or she is able to assist customers with all questions concerning product development, manufacture, and testing. Additionally, our quality support team is available for post-shipment needs such as RMAs and warranty issues.

Warranty
All our products carry a one year warranty from date of shipment. Review our Standard Terms and Conditions.
RMA
For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact our Quality Manager at 828-837-4029 x118. All RMAs must have pre-approval before shipment.
