At Aegis, we believe that our employees are what makes the company successful. As Thanksgiving quickly approaches this week, we want to acknowledge the value we place on each technician, engineer, manager, administrator, and support staff. Their brilliant minds, faithful hard work, and dedication to quality are what make Aegis capable of producing a wide breadth of custom power supplies.
Over the years this gratitude has been displayed in a variety of ways. For example, by request of the employees we implemented a 4-day work week many years ago. By working (4) ten-hour days, our employees are able to do more of what they love with a 3-day weekend every weekend — spending time with family, enjoying travel and hobbies, or just relaxing with a book.
In truthfulness, we don’t say “Thank you” nearly enough to our staff. It is a blessing to have their talent on board for each and every project. THANK YOU!
